Once outside after pushing from the bushes she transformed back to her human form after making sure they were in the clear, watching him and hearing his tummy. She heard her own rumble, thinking for a moment. "Hmm, we should stop and eat somewhere, but I need to swing by the appartment to grab my things. Is that okay? Pick a place you'd like to eat at." She started navigating her way through the forest, hoping he would folow. She gave her pockets a check to make sure she had her keys, suddenly wondering where her bag of jerky was lost to. Well, at least rlthe cat may have something to eat... The girl looked down to her still damp clothes, humming in thought. "And I think I'll get changed... How are you doing as far as wetness goes?"

He looked up to her, as she was now a human, letting light consume himself as well. "Okay... Well I have no idea whats around here so lets just go somewhere you want to." He looked over to her as she started to walk away, following her at a short distance, eyes adjusting to the slightly darkened forest. He felt his clothes, shrugging some. "I seem to be okay." He started to recognize where they were, starting to move through the park again where they had first met. He followed her closer now as they got closer to unfamiliar territory, not wanting to get lost in the city, especially at night. He scanned the area for places to eat, not knowing which buildings were actually restaurants or normal stores, but he figured he had found at least 3 restaurants. "Soooo... Where is your place then?" He looked all around still, seeing a few people in the distance but other then that he didnt see many.

"There are lots of places closer into the heart of town, there are a few once we get out of the park, too." She continued walking, and soon enough, they'd reached the park. The slight breeze that moved the clouds above them made her still wet clothes cold and uncomfortable, the girl wanting nothing more than to change, and eat. As they passed by the park she looked around and tried to keep her mind off of her cold clothes, grumbling softly to herself.
Her head swiveled, and her nice, dry hair, swept into her face, making her move a stiff arm up to brush it from her face. "I don't live too far from here, maybe another two minute walk. There, see that rust coloured building? That's a restaurant, they serve things like Chinese food, and other oriental dishes. The one just on the street corner, they're a take out place. Good chicken, pizza, stuff like that. We could take it home, if you rather. Or there's a really good all you can eat place across the street and down a bit from my apartment, how hungry are you?" She thought about the other places to eat, and tried to think of some variation, unsure what the man liked to eat. To her, it seemed he all you can eat place seemed good, if he didn't say anything. That way there had to be something he liked there.
The girl looked down he road and thought more before coming up to a three floor apartment building that was surrounded by a heavy iron-like fence, the look of it almost unwelcoming as it cast shadows on the yard from the fading daylight. The femme pushed the swinging part open, walking through, and getting to the welcoming glass door that completely offset the fence. She looked behind her to make sure her male companion was following, taking out her keys and unlocking the glass door. She held it open, and let him in before wandering down the hall, stopping at a door immediately after the stairwell and twisting another key in the lock.
The room was painted in soft sandy browns with a similar carpet in the rooms besides the kitchen which was a mock wooden floor. The apartment was spacey enough for two or three people with the living room greeting the door, the kitchen the first turn left after a small hallway, with the dining room connected, and a bathroom and bedroom at the end of the hall. The kitchen was only slightly visible due to a wall that blocked most of it off besides a small doorway from the rest of the house, the fridge slightly visible from the angle of just walking in.
The fox shifter slipped off her shoes and nudged them with a foot onto a mat beside the door before walking in, her words accented by a rumble of her stomach. "I'm going to get changed quick, you should pick something you'd like to eat. There's a phone book under the table in front of the couch, you can use that to look up places quick if you want." Dove pointed to a wooden table with a shelf under it before leaving the man to go to her room, getting changed into a dry pair of jeans and shirt, with a small black hoodie over it. She threw a brush through her hair and hung up her wet things, walking back out to see if he'd picked anything a few minutes later.

He followed her as they walked into the park, looking around at the surrounding area with a small nod to her words. He noticed how different the scenery looked as it got darker, not being use to this area at all he could of been easily lost on his own had he not seen the equipment from earlier.
His attention soon changed back to the girl as she spoke to him, nodding every once and awhile to show that he was listening, thinking over his options in his head as she continued to point out restaurants. Haven't had oriental in awhile... Sounds pretty good too. I could get some potstickers and stir fry, some sushi! Might even be a Mongolian BBQ... Ma-- His thoughts were interrupted by a rumbling from his stomach, looking down in embarrassment and sighing softly to himself. Thinking about it wont help anything... He looked up again as he heard a fence open, noticing she wasn't by him any more he back tracked to the gate she had went in, following her into the door. He stopped just inside and stood there looking around as he waited for her to lead the way. Once she passed him he followed closely, breaking the silence between them as well. "Well Oriental food sounds good. We should try one of those restaurants, if you want to that it is."
With that they were inside, he listened to her and nodded to the instructions, moving over to the couch to look at the phone book as she wandered off down a hall. His gaze traveled along the room and the kitchen attached to it, eyeing the colors of the walls and the carpet. Figuring it could use some different colors but it didn't look all that bad compared to other combinations he had seen. He slowly thumbed through the pages until he found the Oriental food section, scanning the page until he found a few restaurants that sounded decent, telling her which ones once she came back to the living room. "Are any of these places good?" He pointed to his three different choices, briefly looking up to her in her new outfit as he asked his question before looking back to the book, looking for more restaurants in case she didn't like those ones.

The girl sauntered over to the man and sat down beside him as he asked about different places. Personally, she preferred keeping it close to home, but she was willing enough to go for something a ways away for him.
She leaned forward and studied the places he'd picked, thinking them over in her head. One was an oriental style buffet, while the other two were actual restaurants. With that in mind, she judged the distance and the time, eyes shifting over to a clock on the wall.
It's almost eight. Luckily, the places he picked are open late. It'll take us about twenty minutes to get to the furthest one, so that isn't a problem. I could call a taxi even if he isn't up for a walk.
"The first two are about a five, to ten minute walk. The third one, about twenty minutes. I'm not opposed to calling a taxi though, it's getting late, and Hunters are probably about. I'm surprised we didn't meet any on our way here. A lot of the time they hang around the park.
"Your choices, are a buffet, which is the farthest, and two normal restaurants. All are really good, so it's up to you. The middle one usually has some sort of meal deal; like free movie tickets with an appetizer, or something like that."
She explained to him casually, a certain topic nagging her the whole time. As she let him decide she got up and left to the kitchen, grabbing a glass of water to drink slowly while making her way back. Finally, she gazed hard to the right, biting her glass a bit before talking.
"My name isn't Dove. I gave you a fake. I wasn't sure if I could trust you, but I guess if we're going out to dinner, you should know."
She stood in front of him with the table between them, shuffling her feet a bit awkwardly. Her forest green eyes remained set off to the side, a hand in her hoodies pocket while her other gripped the glass by her lips.
I trust him too much. After tonight, he has to go. I've lived this long on my own, I can go longer. But it feels so good to be with someone... What do I do? He'll spread his wings eventually, and I can't even dream of going with him. Hopeless.

He looked briefly away from the book again as she sat next to him, looking back to the book with a small smile. He nodded and listened to her as she explained the diffrent places, tilting his head and thinking about the choices in his head. After a few minuets of contemplation he finally spoke, looking to her as she emerged from the kitchen.
"Well since I dont feel like risking my neck for some oriental, even if we got a cab, lets go to that place with the meal deals? It doesn't seem like to bad of a walk... Then again I dont know the city..."
He laughed a little and stopped slowly as he notice her looking troubled, tilting his head again once she started to talk, blinking slowly as she explained. Well... I guess i cant really blame her... but still if shes lied to me once it could be another cover up... He had heard stories about rouge shifters that had either teamed up with hunters against their will or completely under their own power, however this is rare because of the intense hatered between the two. He doubted this was the case here because she could of trapped him so many times already, especially in that tight cave and the opening beyond it. If she really wanted me dead, I would be here... She let me in her house, that is alot of faith in a stranger.
"Well... what is your name then... err... not dove?" He shifted a bit akwardly, eventually setting down the book and standing up with a small glance around the room, rubbing his hands together as he spoke. "Well... Should we head out then? before it gets later?"

Her eyes studied him from behind her cup, sipping casually as he decided. The silence between them ticked on with the clock, his voice almost making her jump as her mind trailed off to the different places. Composing herself, she nodded her head, speaking.
"It's not overly dangerous, but they're a threat. I don't exactly blend in." With that she made a gesture to her hair, shoulders shrugging before she bit her glass.
She stood awkwardly as she waited for a reply from him, seeing the gears turning in his head. Her heart fell as the silence drew on, looking to him almost desperately for a reply. Would he leave? Would he kill her? He wouldn't trust her any more... The girl whimpered inwardly, realizing the cost of her words. He'll fly away...
When he spoke, she released a breath she hadn't realized she was holding, feeling her vision blur from dizziness momentarily from how long she'd held it. She steadied herself using a wall, licking her dry lips before replying to him.
"Aysel." She answered, a hand moving into her pocket. She pulled out a plastic covered package of different things, one of them being an ID. She tossed it to the man when he stood, walking into the kitchen to set her cup down. She gave him time to look it over, a simple picture, birthday, name and sex printed neatly in a company text, the companies title on the top - Day Star Restaurant.
Her feet carried her unwillingly out of the kitchen and to the door, slipping on her shoes and making sure she had everything by patting down her pockets. For the most part she ignored him, trying to give the man enough space to deal with it. Finally, she grabbed a black thin buckle up coat and slipped it on, keys ready to lock the place.
"Ready when you are."

He nodded back to her with a small smile and a small laugh after he spoke. "Well you probably have a better chance then me, I am a new face, thats bound to draw some attention." The man watched her after he had spoken, blinking and moving towards her as she slumped against the wall, looking to her worriedly. "Are you alright Do--, Aysel?" He stopped moving toward her when she tossed something at him, looking her over once more still worried, before glancing down to the table. He reached down to pick up the I.D, looking it over and pausing at the words "Day Star Resturaunt." hmm... wonder if she works there still... seems pretty brave to work in a hunter town. He looked up as she emerged from the kitchen, moving towards her and putting on his shoes and sweat shirt, smiling towards her as he handed back the I.D. "Do you work at the Day Star Resturaunt?" He opened the door and held it open outside for her, waiting for the girl to come out so they could leave. "I was just curious because this is a Hunter town right? seems a little bit risky to come out and work at one of their places..." He gazed around the hall again, realizing this probably wasn't the best time to be talking about Hunters and how they were not one, quickly stopping and changing the subject just in case there were any unwanted listeners. Great... Now you have done it, stop being so stupid Nick... "Soooo... what kind of food does this resturaunt have anyway? Maybe we will get lucky and get some movie tickets from the meal." He spoke hopefully, smiling to her some, hoping she didnt ream him for his earlier string of questions.

"New faces are around a lot. It's living on the edge of town, people think that you're there for a reason. To run when shit hits the fan. I'm here, cause it was the only vacancy I found. All the other places were cheap, and you got what you paid for. My parents did my first three months rent while I found the job I still have." She ignored his question while tossing the I.D, taking her time in the kitchen. By the time he handed back she was dressed and ready to go, taking the bundle and shoving it in her pocket. His question caught her off guard and she paused to look at him, emerald hues narrowing slightly in thought.
"Yeah, I do. It's not a bad wage, pays enough for rent here, tips included, I get by with lots to spare. Was able to pay my parents back almost immediately. Got a hefty bank account, but it's for emergencies. I hope I never have to use it..." She explained, locking up the door behind them. She walked down the short hall to where he held the door, thanking him with a polite dip of her head. When he kept speaking, she shot him an icy glare, baring her teeth and motioning for him to shut up. Once they left the building she elbowed him in the ribs, her voice a husky hiss.
"Are you stupid? You'll get us killed! The person who lives above me is a Hunter! I can hear him sometimes arguing with his girlfriend. He hasn't caught on to me yet though. You have to be careful! You may be able to fly away, but I'd be taking a hit!"
She grabbed his upper arm and dragged him through the gate, walking across the street with him to the other side where they turned down a main street. She hooked her arm in the crook of his, holding his upper arm loosely.
"Oriental, like you chose." She answered simply, sighing. "We can ask for a menu before we're seated if you want to see what they have. We can check if they have any deals on, too. Most of the time it's movie tickets. If it's something you want to do, let me know and I'll order whatever it takes."
She smiled his way briefly, feeling guilty for reaming him while they walked before checking the street, tugging him along across it. Not long after, they reached the doors of the restaurant, a busser opening them for the two.
Depending on the mans previous response, she'd ask for a menu, or a booth, having the menu handed to them, or being taken to the booth.
Either way, they'd find out that there was a movie deal going on with a few select dishes, as well as another option, the girl letting the man she was holding the arm of decide.

He listened to her talk with a nod, slightly confused with her explanation but not wanting to bother her with more questions. He cast her a smile as she dipped her head to him, laughing softly as he moved to follow her. "Well, its nice to have there even if you don't use it!" He was glancing around the building as he spoke, catching her icy glare and recoling some, his vision quickly sweeping downward to avoid contact with hers. His face took on a upset look, knowing he had messed up but not being able to take anything back.
He let himself be dragged, following a little slower then her but not enough to slow her down. Great way to make friends... by getting them mad all the time... His head nodded to her reaming, not having the voice to speak back to her, there was nothing to say to make it right.
As they turned onto the main street he looked up to survey the surroundings, noticing lots of lights and buildings but still not seeing to many people just yet. When she took him by the arm he glanced over to her, not minding the action as they walked along the street. The man turned his attention downwards until they stopped, catching her smile and flashing one back to her, blinking as he was pulled again. He tried to stay close, once he sped up to quickly and brushed her side before they entered the resturaunt. "I'm sorry... and I think we can just get a place to sit first before ordering, we have some time right?"
Once inside he told the bus boy that they wanted a booth, following the man to the booth across the room near a window, this time he dragged the girl along with him. Once at the booth he released the girls arm if she let him, moving to sit on one of the benches, picking up the menu that was left by the bus boy. "Hmm, lets see what they have."
